6. Liability
While Pristine Property Services is fully insured and takes utmost care, we are not liable for:
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, or improper installation of household items.
- Breakage or damage due to client's failure to secure or inform us of fragile or unstable items.
- Loss or damage to items not explicitly covered within the scope of the agreed service.
Any claims for damages must be reported to Pristine Property Services within a reasonable timeframe after the service is completed, typically within 24-48 hours.
